Which cities does Arz Realty operate in?
Arz Realty serves the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and also covers Lahore. Our strongest coverage is in DHA phases (1 through 7), Bahria Town phases, and all sectors within Islamabad Capital Territory.
What are the best DHA phases in Islamabad for investment?
DHA Phase 2 and Phase 5 are currently the most active for both buyers and investors due to completed development, solid infrastructure, and strong rental demand. DHA Phase 1 retains the highest resale value. Phase 7 offers growth potential at a lower entry price for long-term investors.

What are typical prices in DHA Phase 2 Islamabad?
As of 2026, a 1 Kanal residential plot in DHA Phase 2 ranges approximately from Rs 25 Crore to Rs 35 Crore depending on the exact location, street frontage, and corner status. Commercial plots and houses vary significantly — contact us for a live quote on any specific sector or street.
How does Rawalpindi compare to Islamabad for real estate investment?
Rawalpindi offers lower entry prices and stronger rental yield percentages — particularly in Bahria Town. Islamabad generally appreciates faster in capital value, especially in DHA and blue-chip sectors. Many investors hold properties in both for a balanced portfolio.
What does "1 Kanal" or "1 Marla" mean?
Standard plot units in Pakistan: 1 Marla = 272.25 sq ft (approximately 25.29 sq m); 1 Kanal = 20 Marla = 5,445 sq ft (approximately 505.86 sq m). A 10 Marla plot is therefore 2,722.5 sq ft.

Yes. Despite short-term rate fluctuations, Islamabad real estate — especially DHA and Bahria Town — continues to show long-term capital appreciation of 8–12% annually on average. Rental yields on residential property typically range from 4% to 7% depending on location and property type.
What is the minimum investment to start in Pakistani real estate?
Plots in outlying DHA and Bahria sectors start around Rs 30–50 Lac for 5 Marla. For a more accessible entry, file investments (unbuilt allocations) in newer phases can begin from Rs 5–15 Lac, though with longer maturity horizons.
Should I buy a plot or a built house as my first investment?

Does Arz Realty arrange financing or mortgages?
We do not provide financing directly, but we can refer you to partner banks and HBFC representatives who offer property financing in Pakistan. Most transactions, however, remain cash-based in the local market.
How long does a typical property transaction take through Arz Realty?
From first inquiry to transfer: typically 2–4 weeks for plots with clean documentation, and 3–6 weeks for built houses. Rentals close within 3–7 days once both parties agree on terms.
What are working hours for Arz Realty?
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5). Saturdays are by appointment; Sunday is closed. WhatsApp messages are often replied to outside hours for active clients.
